My name is Bucky!! I am about 7 months old (Oct xxxx) and I weigh about 42 pounds. We are not sure what breed I am.shepherd mix maybelab mix maybe.but either way, I am so handsome!! I had a very rough start to life, as I was probably born to a stray momma, and I was caught as a stray when I was about 4 months old. I started out VERY people shy, but with the love I get at my foster home, I am getting over that nicely. I am house trained and crate trained. I know several commands, and I am getting used to going for walks that was very scary for me at first. There are several other dogs in my foster home, so that helps. I love being with them, and they have shown me that people are good; they love us, feed us, play with us. Yea, I think people are good. I am still afraid of the kids that come to visit (3 yr old, 7 yr old), so maybe a home with older kids would be better for me. I am house trained and crate trained. I know several commands, and I am getting used to going for walks that was very scary for me at first. I would probably do best in a home with another dog. Adoption fee: $400 Adoption fees for all dogs/puppies include a $50 refundable training deposit. Complete your basic training program and provide a copy of the certificate within 4 months (120 days) of adoption and we will refund $50 of the original adoption fee. All dogs/puppies have been fully vetted including spay/neuter, micro-chipping, worming, heartworm testing and preventative treatment, flea/tick preventative, and all required age appropriate vaccinations. As required by Wisconsin Act 90, all dogs will have received a veterinarian exam (CVI) within the past 30 days. Our adoption process requires the submission of an application. At this time it is necessary to send a request for an application. Upon receipt of the completed application, we will process the application including contact with your veterinarian and completion of a home visit. Please be sure to include the contact information for your vet as we will call. If your vet requires an information release, please be sure to contact them as soon as you submit your application.
